Motorcycle Transmission Rebuilding
Here’s what’s included:
New Parts
- Both main shaft bearings and the seal are replaced
- Layshaft gets upgraded roller bearing
- All “O” ring seals are replaced with upgraded “Quad” ring seals
- All gear bushings are replaced
- All shift linkage springs are replaced
- Kickstarter shaft “O” ring is machined to accept a MKIII seal upgrade
- New Primary washers and circlips are included for your reinstall
Detailing and Finish
- Outer cover is polished and installed with stainless allen bolts
- Transmission case is glass bead blasted and pressure washed
